🖥️ How Does It Work?
- Log in to Waldo. All the tests are shown in the dashboard.
2. Click the add button to create a test, then select a build that you want to test from.
3. You can chain tests together to create dependency, or start from scratch.
4. The UI of the app you are testing will be shown on the right. Interact with it just like using a normal device. Waldo records the actions and understands the structures of the screen.
5. Once done testing, add a name, then save it.
6. From the dashboard, select a step, then add assertions. This allows you to verify the actions and appearance of the screen as it runs to a specific set of criteria.
7. Click the ‘Runs’ page, and it will take you to all the runs and their summaries. The error will be shown here in red. Select a run to see the details.
8. Correct an error by configuring the assertion.
